Specialisation PETROLEUM AND GAS ENGINEERING

Personal Statement

I am an early career researcher in Petroleum and Gas Engineering with a passion for developing eco-friendly solutions that address critical challenges in the oil and gas industry, including crude oil emulsions, oil spillage and remediation, corrosion, fluid flow, drilling fluids, hydrates, and enhanced oil recovery. My work integrates green chemistry, sustainable engineering, and innovative materials to create practical, scalable solutions that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Committed to solving Africa’s environmental and energy challenges, I take an entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary approach to research bridging science and industry while empowering young scientists and local communities to drive sustainable development through innovation.
